Returns and exchanges are accepted on most merchandise within 14 days of receipt, for items that haven’t been worn, altered or washed, without make-up marks and with all tags attached.
Please note the return and refund are not allowed for the items on sale and brassieres.
All the extra cost related to the return sent without Customer Service approval will be deducted from your refund. Kindly note the shipping charges are non-refundable.

Conditions for clothing repair:
The warranty period for any LOVE product lasts one month from the date of purchase, repairs during this time are complementary.
After the warranty period, clothing repair is paid according to the price.
Lightning replacement (taking into account the cost of lightning) - UAH 350
Tailored / fitted - UAH 550
Replacement of the lining in the skirt - 500 UAH
Replacement of the lining in the jacket - UAH 800
Replacement of the lining in the coat - 1200 UAH
Repair period up to 3-4 weeks (urgent repair + 100%)
