• What are the delivery methods in Europe?

  Some items are shipped from Ukraine, some – from our stock in Spain. Therefore, delivery across Europe will take up to one week. Delivery from Ukraine may take up to three weeks. 

• What are the delivery methods in Kyiv?

  Delivery by the courier of the “Nova Poshta” service, as well as to the branch of the “Nova Poshta” service, is carried out within 48 hours from the moment the order is placed.

  The cost of delivery is calculated according to the tariffs of “Nova Poshta”.

  Delivery by a stylist in Kyiv is carried out within 24 hours. The cost of delivery is 200 UAH.

  Delivery by courier taxi service is calculated according to the tariffs of the delivery service

• How does self pick up service work?

  You can pick up the order from our boutique where you can try on and pay for the purchase at a convenient time for you.

  Working hours: Mon. – Fri. from 11:00 to 20:00, Sat. – Sun. from 12:00 to 18:00.

  Currently the physical boutique is located in Kyiv,  7/10 Tsytadelna Str. 

• How fast do you deliver an order?

  Delivery in Kyiv is carried out within 24 hours. To other regions of Ukraine – within 48 hours.

  Delivery within Spain is carried out within 48 working hours. 

  Delivery within Europe might take up to 10 days.

• Can another person pick up my order?

  Oh sure. To do this, tell our manager the contact details of the recipient.

• How to pay for an order?

  You can pay for the order by credit card on the site, in cash or by credit card upon receipt. You can also pay for your order by bank transfer.

• How to pay for an order in Kyiv?

  For targeted delivery or self-pickup from the boutique, you can pay for the order:

  by bank card when placing an order on the site;

  cash upon receipt;

  by bank card upon receipt;

  Bank transaction.

  We accept active cards of international banking systems Visa, Visa Electron, MasterCard and Maestro. The order is paid in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia.

  Having decided on the purchase, select one of the payment methods “Privat 24” or the payment system “Liqpay” or “Fondy”. You will be redirected to the page of the international payment system where you need to make a payment.

• How to pay for the purchase in cash upon receipt?

  You can pay for the order in cash upon receipt at the Nova Poshta branch.

  The order is paid in the national currency of Ukraine – hryvnia.

  Payment upon receipt – a paid service, paid according to the tariffs of the new mail (2% of the transfer amount).
